As I was leaving for work tonight, Riley was standing in the door waving goodbye and as I'm getting in my car he says: Hey mom, FYI I love you.

The complete randomness to the things he says are so funny to me. I love that little kid so much.

Riley's plans for the future

SIGNS OF SPRING

Dave & Marilyn came over to visit us on Saturday night. When we open the door to let them in this is what we found on the wreath on the door. We roped off the front steps and put a sign to use the back door. Then we watched and took pictures of the miracle of life that took place. When the baby Robins hatched Riley said they looked like Zombies. We started with 4 but one fell out of the nest and didn't make it so we watched three babies grow and eventually fly away. What fun but they left behind a whole lot of bird shit!
