Riley-ism

Momma Lynn: what does cowabunga mean?
Riley: it means 'ye-haw' in Hawaii-ish.

A day with Grandma and Grandpa

Riley got to hang out with Momma Lynn and Grandpa Brad this morning so that I could get some sleep. They decided to head up to the Bean Museum at BYU and check things out. Once they got there, they got to see all kinds of fun animal displays. There was even a little show where they got to see and touch some live animals like snakes and lizards.

Here is Riley holding up part of a GIANT snake skin. Ugghh. I don't think I would like to have seen the snake before he shed that bad boy but Riley had the best time.

Christmas Eve 2009

Christmas eve started out with a delicious ham dinner complement of Momma Lynn. This family loves to eat.

Mmmmm Mmmmmm Good
The Three Amigo's

Three more amigos

And one babe

Even Bella got in on the action.

Everyone took a turn reading the Christmas story this year.

All the boys did a real good job of reading.

Our Hero's

But first the torture chamber
Every one gets it.

And nothing says Christmas like a little break dancing.

More dancing

and even more dancing.

By the end of the night everyone was exhausted and ready to go home and wait for Jolly old Saint Nick to come and visit them.

CHRISTMAS 2009

Christmas has come and gone for another year. Here are some random shots of the excitement shared by all on Christmas morning. Of course everyone had Christmas at their own homes and then came over for breakfast and a family Christmas Party and Grandpa & Grandma's house.

Heather Transferred the pictures from our blog onto a cd for me. What a great gift.
And what Christmas would be complete with out the resurfacing of the dreaded Paisley Blouse. This year Adam was the lucky recipient.

Oh please try it on Adam.

How lovely you look!

Yes.........just what she wanted.

The boys all got Bakagons from Rachel. Sooooooo Coooool.

Look at this great Mickey Mouse clock.

Casey looking cool in his new hat. Also notice Heather and Reeds new camera.

Flannel Pajamas for Mom.

And Riley thoughtfully got Reed a Carabener calculator.

Uncle Adam is hooking up the boys flying hampsters.

It works.

Mom is thrilled with her new rack for her thread.

The boys also all got remote control cars.

This is only a partial list of all the great gifts we got. I think we were all pretty spoiled. I love you all.
