Catch Up

There has been a lot going on, but we have not been great about getting the pictures we took uploaded to the computer so right now I'm going to play catch up.

HIKING THE "Y"

We hiked up to the "Y" on the side of the mountain at BYU this weekend with Ned and Fayrine.  Back when we were going to BYU we use to hike up there with out much effort.  For some reason that hike has gotten alot harder but we made it up and back ok.  Gee maybe we are getting old........

FIRST BBQ OF THE YEAR

Spring is here at last and we couldn't hardly wait to get outside on the patio for a BBQ so we used Grandpa's 60th birthday as an excuse and here we are, doing our favorite thing - Eating - Hanging Out with the Family - And Laughing.  We had some of Grandma's yummy hamburgers with all the trimmings.  Grandpa got a fire pit for his birthday and so we made smores for desert and Andrea made some homemade ice cream.  The boys found some old fireworks left over from last year's 4th of July so they set them off.  Then we shot the BB guns and they wrestled and played all afternoon.  What a great day.

Riley-ism

So all but one of our lightbulbs was burned out in the hallway bathroom. I finally got around to replacing them. Riley walks in and goes: Holy Crap it's bright in here! Is this heaven?

I was thinking Holy Crap it's bright in here. I need to clean better.

I think Superman, Elvis, and Captain America must all be related. It's the hair. They all have that curl in the front.

As Riley was trying out his Pez dispenser he got at Christmas. "Mmm. Pez doesn't disappoint with flavor."
