Riley built himself a house today in the basement. He was quite proud of the accomplishment. He did it all by himself. Mom just sat and watched and took pictures. Here are a few of him looking out from his house.
This window he is peeking out of doubled as a window, a clock whose time was 6:30, and a t.v. that was playing Tom and Jerry, all depending on when you asked him. Doubled? Tripled?
After he was done playing with his house he decided that he wanted to build a robot.
Here is the finished work. He said his name was jeeves-ree. A little abstract but still creative. :)

Why do both of our children insist on building houses? Liv builds houses out of everthing. In fact, right now I have her little blue table, her red chair, and another little table of hers in the middle of the front room with the ottoman blocking off one side as a door so Winston can't come in. Where does this obsession come from?
