Happy 4th of July Everyone! Here are some pictures from the balloon launch we went to this morning. Mom, Dad, Andrea and Riley met me after I got off work at 5. We were supposed to meet at the Village Inn in south Provo for some breakfast before the balloons but they were closed. So we headed off to Magelby's Fresh, which Andrea suggested. Dad drove to Magleby's not Magleby's Fresh which was also closed but Andrea said that was not where she was thinking. She guided us to Bulldog Blvd where the Magelby's Fresh she was thinking of was actually a Kneaders and was, you guessed it, closed. So we tried for the Denny's on Freedom and the Pkwy. Though the lights were on and it was full of people, there was a handmade sign on the door that advised they were closed, which was confirmed by an employee who had stepped outside when we arrived. It must have been some kind of private party. Rude that we weren't invited dontcha think? So we headed up to Orem where we found a Village Inn. After a quick breakfast, (of which Andrea didn't partake since Village Inn didn't have biscuits yet for her biscuits and gravy which prompted her to say she didn't want anything and wasn't that hungry anyway) we headed back to Provo to watch the balloons launch.
